In collaboration with the Merced County Association of Governments (MCAG) and the six incorporated cities, Dos Palos is working on our sixth cycle Housing Element.
The Housing Element is a policy document that provides a comprehensive strategy for promoting the production of affordable housing for it's citizens. State law requires that cities and counties update their housing element every eight years.
