Below you'll find the various applications, forms, and documents to help you with application submittals. If you have any questions, please contact the Community Development Department (CDD).

 CDD highly recommends you to meet with staff to discuss your project prior to submitting an application and any other necessary documentation.

Master Planning Application - Use this form for all Planning Projects. Review the form and select what type of permit to apply for. Additional forms or documents may be required. See the sample site plan for minimum requirements. Contact CDD for assistance.
